Of this pay rate, 2 cpm of it will be in the form of a safety bonus.  That 2 cpm will be paid out in a lump sum monthly.                              * Percentage drivers’ safety bonus will be an addition to their % pay.

            Safety Bonus Disqualifications are:

                        * 4 or more serious log violations

                        * 12 or more infractions

                        * A speeding ticket or warning for 7 mph over the posted limit

                        * Being in the bottom 7% of the fleet in idle percentage

                        * A preventable accident causing over $300 in damage

New drivers will be given a 30 day grace period on learning the e-log system before it affects their bonus.  The number of log violations or infractions allowed will be cut in half after 4 months.
