Over the road drivers get a monthly bonus of $200 for running over 10,000 miles.

 

Flatbed & Pneumatic Pay Rate

   Per Mile  Linehaul Mileage

      $0.64  Below 375 miles

      $0.61  375 to 449 miles

        $0.58 450 to 524 miles

      $0.56  525 to 575 miles

      $0.54  Above 575 miles

   Additional 3 cents per mile when hauling Hazmat

$70 extra for job-site deliveries / $35 for tarping

 

 

Van Pay Rate

      $0.57  375 to 449 miles

        $0.55  450 to 524 miles

$100 extra for Altavista deliveries with a backhaul

  $0.52  All linehaul miles

 

 

Dedicated Toyota Pay Rate

   $0.49  All spec miles

 

 

Local & Liquid Tanks Pay Rate

   28%   of linehaul

    2% raise after 4 years

 

 

All mileage-paid drivers will receive a penny per mile raise after 4 years. This pay-scale replaces any previous versions including any profit sharing from past. Empty miles paid at base rate loaded rate.

401 (K) RETIREMENT PLAN:

All Boyd Grain employees are eligible to participate in the 401(K) plan beginning the first quarter following 90 days of employment.  Money contributed by the driver is always fully vested and may be moved should you leave.  We match dollar for dollar up to 4% and then half of the next 2% that you contribute.  Money matched by Boyd is fully vested after 3 years of employment.
